Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και στην παραγωγή μελισσοτροφών. Ένα ακόμη πλεονέκτημα της ισογλυκόζης είναι η εύκολη χρήση της, καθώς δε θερμαίνεται και η διάλυση της στο νερό γίνεται μόνο με καλή ανάδευση.
