ANEL Return and Refund Policy

We offer returns and refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase.

We do not cover return shipping costs.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we do not accept returns.

No returns are offered for food items, such as bee products or bee food.

In order for a return to be accepted:

• The items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them.

• The items must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we need proof of purchase.
