At the forthcoming congress in the 46th APIMONDIA in Montreal, Canada (08 – 12/09) a new president for the Bee Health Scientific Commission of APIMONDIA will be elected. All of us who live from the honeybee are aware of the importance of APIMONDIA’s work for our industry.
All candidates are willing to offer the maximum of their potential and the choice will be difficult. Those of you who have met Fani Hatjina will know that she is an excellent scientist who has worked hard and has dedicated her life to apiculture. A scientist of unique morality and a great will to offer even more.
I am sure she is the ideal candidate for the position of the president of Bee Health Scientific Commission of APIMONDIA, her life’s work and her ethics confirm this.
