As we approach the Christmas season, we would like to update you on the operating hours of our stores.

We are happy to invite you to visit us at our booth A38, at the 48th Apimondia, in Santiago, Chile, 4th to 8th of September!

We are operating normally until the end of the year and we will be closed 02 - 08/01/2023. We will back in office on Monday 09/01.

Dear customers,

With the wide release of the bee vaping/smoking products and the electric heated smoker/vaporizer of ANEL we have identified some incidents where the users had difficulty understanding the instructions for use of the products in order to use the materials safely. Therefore, we have further simplified the usage instructions and inform you about it:

To use the Cool Smoke pellets, use only the 3.7V battery on the smoker.

To use the Vapor Pads, use only the 7.4V battery on the smoker.

Our first concern is the safety of the user and the environment. Please follow the new instructions closely. If you purchased a different type of battery, contact us to replace it for you at our own expense.

The ANEL store in Athens will remain closed on Holy Friday and Saturday and will return to operation on Tuesday 26/04.

The festive schedule at the ANEL branch in Thessaloniki is as follows:
Holy Friday 10.00 - 17.00,
Holy Saturday 08.00 - 14.00.
The store will return to operation on Tuesday26/04.

On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (Friday, December 3), we are pleased to announce that the outdoor areas of ANEL Honey Park have now been improved and designed to be accessible to all. Book your tour of the fascinating world of bees, honey and other bee products!

We continue to improve our premises in every way and visitors’ comments on accessibility are welcome. At ANEL Honey Park, we want everyone to be educated about the world of bees, to play and wander independently, and to express themselves freely!

Days like this have been created to remind us that every day of the year we must strive to make our world better for all, that what matters is the power of the soul and the will, and that we should focus on capability and equality.

Dear customers, we would like to inform you that from next Monday 08/11 the retail sales will be transferred to Lefkados Street, opposite the wrestling stadium (yellow building) in Ano Liossia. The offices of ANEL will remain at 45th Street no 6, in the Industrial Park of Ano Liossia.
