Dear customers,

With the wide release of the bee vaping/smoking products and the electric heated smoker/vaporizer of ANEL we have identified some incidents where the users had difficulty understanding the instructions for use of the products in order to use the materials safely. Therefore, we have further simplified the usage instructions and inform you about it:

To use the Cool Smoke pellets, use only the 3.7V battery on the smoker.

To use the Vapor Pads, use only the 7.4V battery on the smoker.

Our first concern is the safety of the user and the environment. Please follow the new instructions closely. If you purchased a different type of battery, contact us to replace it for you at our own expense.

The ANEL store in Athens will remain closed on Holy Friday and Saturday and will return to operation on Wednesday 05/05/21.

The festive schedule at the ANEL branch in Thessaloniki is as follows:
Holy Friday 10.30 - 17.00,
Holy Saturday 08.00 - 16.00.
The store will return to operation on Wednesday 05/05/21.
